    Yurka grew up with parents who both have a passion for video games of all kinds. Their love for their hobby sometimes gets in the way of their responsibilities, but Yurka doesn’t mind this much since he would rather play games with them than worry about his family’s financial issues. His carefree and somewhat irresponsible nature is often met with reproach from Hana, who has been his best friend since they were children. When they were young, Yurka’s sister, Chihaya was adopted into their family. Yurka was quick to share everything with her and the two became an almost inseparable pair. Despite his easygoing attitude, he is willing to show a more mature side when Chihaya needs his help. He cares for her and knows how to encourage her when she gets overwhelmed in a given situation.

     Yurka spends most of his time gaming when he isn’t at school, sometimes even neglecting his schoolwork to do so, a habit he picked up from his parents. This often leaves Hana wondering where he’d be without her urging him to do his work. He never expresses annoyance by this however, as he knows Hana cares about him and his relaxed temperament makes times when he gets angry or otherwise upset quite rare. He rolls with the punches, no matter how hard they may swing, and looks at life with a smile on his face.

    Upon the Game’s release, he formed his own guild with Hana, and Chihaya. As the leader of the Guardians Guild, Yurka has a lot of duties to uphold, such as having a vision for the guild, recruiting new members, leading guild quests, and making general decisions. He is friendly, outgoing, patient, and an excellent strategist with a good sense of humor. Traits that would make him a good leader if he wouldn’t get so wrapped up in playing the game that he forgets he’s supposed to be running a guild. When he does get distracted, it’s Hana who pulls him back and reminds of his position. He is a good listener but has trouble when it comes to helping his guildmates with emotional problems since he prefers to avoid conflict, something he admits he wishes he could change.

After the formation of the Guardian’s, Yurka and his guildmates began to get harassed by another, more powerful guild known as the Dianthus Cardinals, but he refuses to confront them about it...which leads to the problem getting worse.
